What good is "Account Health Assurance" if Amazon deactivates your account with no prior warning?
I have been selling on Amazon for many years with stellar metrics. No issues at all. Because of this I have a high seller rating and have received "Account Health Assurance" which means that "Amazon will not deactivate my account if an issue arises so long as I work with the seller team to resolve it." Well, yesterday, my account was deactivated with ZERO prior warning due to suspected fraud. No warning, no outreach to solve the problem.....nothing. I am working diligently to get this resolved but the idea that Amazon is somehow "protecting" me because I have Account Health Assurance is nonsense.

Account Health Assurance is unfortunately a facade; it is another program that Amazon promotes but literally has ZERO substance behind it.
I am pretty sure the mods will not touch this since they value their jobs, but post the case and they might look into it (they will do nothing without a case number).

Account Health Assurance did not help us at all last year when one part of Amazon said we needed a postcard code and the people sending postcards decided we did not need a postcard.

This happened to our account yesterday. Our account was deactivated and our access to our merchant account has been revoked in the United States, Canada, and Brazil. We don't even have the ability to request a call from Account Health or to set up a Seller Support case for this account.
