So I put up a listing up over a month ago and was wondering why it wasn’t selling , I searched it on the Amazon website and my listing isn’t showing and not showing on SellerAmp. On my Amazon seller account it’s showing active and in stock but not showing on the Amazon website. Would you possibly know a reason why ? It’s been showing active for over a month now .

I have a very similar situation. My product does not show up when you put in the product complete name, and shows something completely different. I don't have a solution I am sorry to say, but I thought I would let you know your not alone.
I need to find out some more info to try to help better, only because you said the listing was a month old. Are you selling something someone else is selling or is it something you make? What does it say under Featured Offer % ?
I have to pay for advertising. That's how I somehow get seen. I stopped trying to fix it, because I am afraid support will make it worse. I also have repeat business now, that really helps. Of course, hit up the other platforms, Etsy, Ebay....
I'm sorry I don't have the magical answer, but I tried for years to fix things and I just gave up. I'm afraid support will make it worse.

Michelle at Amazon here. I have reviewed your listings and can see that some of your items are in your stranded inventory. The product that I can see that is in there is listed with the incorrect brand, you can work with Seller Support to get this fixed by providing a link to the manufactures website and giving them the ASIN. Please check your FBA page and click on fix stranded inventory and follow the steps that it provides.
For each of these issues, create a case to Seller Support and if you need additional help after they investigate, please provide the case ID so I can look further. Please know that you will need one case for the brand name change and one case for the issue with your inventory not being live on Amazon.
