Due to a product malfunction, I sent a replacement product to the buyer via Amazon's MCF order feature:

Although the order showed that it had been delivered, the buyer said that he did not see any goods at his doorstep, and Amazon, as the delivery party, and charged a delivery fee, only showed “delivered” on the logistics track, but there was no evidence that it had been delivered.
Amazon said they had nothing to do with it and didn't even provide any proof. What about my product? Where is the proof of delivery?
Shouldn't Amazon compensate or find out about the shipment?
