I have run into the Seller Identity Verification problem

I have selected the country of residency USA instead of INDIA and submitted the documents for verification but verification failed. I contacted the team and asked how can i correct it but i did not got reply from them. I thought after few months they will re-enable the option to correct the mistake.
Please let. me know how can i correct it and activate my account
