If you created this listing with a UPC from GS1, and in the GS1 search YOUR name and brand appears, exactly matching your "Legal Entity" in your seller account you can proove that the brand on this listing has to be changed to what it was. Create a case and add a screenshot of the GS1 search and they will reverse it back, but it can take some time.

In addition to what @Seller_rI7BZIczK8iACsaid, the Government has a site IC3 (Amazon will remove the link if I put it here but it’s part of the FBI for an easy search) where you can report the use of the internet for theft and fraud. It is generally used to report on websites but it can be used to report buyers as well as well as other sellers if you happen to encounter one of the Amazon scam crowd.

Thanks for letting us know about this. Please report this via the standard path in order to get this corrected. The standard path is going to the report abuse tool and selecting Product detail page was changed to represent a different product.
