Inventory Missing in AWD How to contact

Hi I have inventory which my carrier reports was delivered to AWD but it is still showing as Created and it has been over 2 weeks since it was delivered to IUSF Dallas. There have been no updates since it was created and the end of September. When I try and create a Case within Seller Central the Shipment ID isn't accepted as it only recognises shipment ID's starting with FAB which AWD doesn't use. How do I contact AWD to investigate the status of my inventory?

I'm sorry to read about this delay and would be happy to escalate on your behalf with our AWD partners to see what we can find. To do so I'll need either the shipment or case IDs referenced above if you can provide them? Also, if you can share if this was via partnered carrier or not it would be helpful to the investigation as well.
