Hello everyone,
I’m looking for some advice from sellers who may have experienced a similar situation.
Amazon requested an invoice related to a Patek Philippe product. I submitted the invoice exactly as requested through Seller Central. However, even after uploading the document, my account has still not been reactivated, and I haven’t received a clear explanation as to why.
I’ve already informed Amazon that I will not list or sell Patek Philippe products again, as I later learned that the brand is restricted. I fully respect Amazon’s IP and brand protection policies and just want to understand what might be blocking the reactivation.
My questions to the community:
Has anyone successfully reactivated their account after a similar request for a restricted or luxury brand invoice?
Is it common for Amazon to reject or ignore invoices even if they look correct?
Would submitting a notarized statement or additional explanation help in this case?
Should I contact Account Health Support instead of reopening cases?
Any insights or real experiences would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance for your help.
Best regards,

Amazon will never ask for it, but will often require a copy of your written Letter of Authorization. Do you have an LoA for Patek Philippe? You probably need to send it.
In cases of inauthentic/IP complaints, Amazon doesn't want promises that you won't do it again. They don't want apologies. They want evidence that you never did anything wrong.
If that shows that Patek Philippe has designated you as an authorized dealer who is authorized to sell on Amazon, that should help. Anything else, likely no.
If you were selling (no need to actually sell, just have an offer) unauthorized Patek Philippe products, then I know of no way forward for you. Amazon is "one strike, you're out".
