SAFE-T Claim- Seller needs to be debited to be eligible to file SAFE-T claim

I am new to FBM and I am wanting to know what my next steps should be when trying to file two different safe-t claims. I recently received two different return, one of them had several pieces missing and the other was a item I don't even sell. When I try to file a safe-t claim on both item I get the message "seller needs to be debited to be eligible to file a safe-t claim". Now, I understand that mean Amazon didn't auto refund the customer their money. My question is, what is my next step?? Do I just wait for the customer to file an A-Z claim and hope I win? I'm worried if I do that Amazon will side with the customer and say those items might have been lost in shipping then though the box was completely fine.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
