What's happening with Amazon? Deactivated account
Hello, my account has been deactivated (without any customer complaints and with the account in perfect working order) due to possible counterfeit products. I sent Amazon the invoice from the official supplier (Ingram Micro), and they rejected it, saying it might be fake.
I contacted Ingram Micro myself, sending them the invoice number (it's obviously a real invoice downloaded from the Ingram Micro website), and they confirmed it's completely genuine.
What's going on with Amazon? They keep telling me they're rejecting the invoice because it might be "fake." Is this some kind of joke?

Do you have a LOA from whatever brand you are trying to sell stating that you can sell their products specifically as a 3rd party seller on Amazon? Ingram Micro does not have authorization for you to sell Microsoft or any other branded product on Amazon.

"I sent Amazon the invoice from the official supplier (Ingram Micro),"
Did you verify with the BRAND that Ingram Micro is an authorized wholesale distributor of EVERY brand that you are selling?
As mentioned by @Seller_OvL8C4BJWiuS9, do you have an LOA from the BRAND that says you are authorized to sell their products ON AMAZON?

That's what you are THINKING. But the problem is exactly this, even if Amazon doesn't tell you.
If this "Letter of Authorization" explicitly mentions that you (exactly matching the "Legal Entity" in your seller account) are allowed to sell Microsoft products on Amazon USA you are all OK. Just send Amazon this letter.
If not: you are not OK.

Most likely the invoices issued by Ingram Micro credit department is not password protected PDF file and is editable. Just ask them to issue a password protected one.
Credit department sometimes forgets to set a password to prevent the invoice manipulation.
Amazon sometimes is too nitpicky. No seller would do that.
