Ukraine address verification issues. Please, need help!

Greetings everyone! Hope you're doing well.

So, as you may already know - the INFORM Consumers Act requires us to verify some information about our business selling on Amazon.

I have tried to get my postcard two times and both failed due to "invalid address" message. My address of registration and my business address failed and now i have only 1 try left. Previously, i've not experienced any issues with my addresses, i've got my account registered with them, i've provided utility bills for that addresses and so on. Not a single carrier or company ever had a problem delivering my packages there.

Here, on forum, i've seen lot of similar issues covered by Ukrainian business owners. Some of them were able to complete that verification with just providing a utility bills, instead of postcards recieving. Amazon seller support, as you can say, did not provide any reasonable answer or solution.

I'm asking for help here, as i'm just one try left from my account to be deactivated.

@CR_Amazon - i know there were some successful cases carried by you, so i'm really appreciate your help here, please.

I see the Ukraine address is not able to process correctly in the Inform verification process.

I'm so sory for disturbing you, but i still have not recieved any emails or performance notifications regarding this issue.

I have followed up with the appropriate teams who advised that an invitation link was provided to your related email address with an invite for an additional path to verify your account. Have you checked you related emails to verify if communication has been received?

Thank you for following up with some confirmation of your situation.

I'm 100% positive i have not recieved any invitation links to my related email address. Double and triple checked already.

Any chance appropriate team can check it on their end and send another one?

I have followed up with the teams regarding your situation, they have requested that we have you verify the following information to ensure the system reads your address correctly prior to sending out new communication on this.

  • Can you renter your business manually, rather than pasting from somewhere.
  • Do not add any numbers in the district or state fields
  • Please ensure that the street name, house number, and postal code are correctly included. This also includes any verifying the address for any extra spaces, character or abbreviations.

Once your have verified this information, they have requested that you use the request postcard once again to verify if the issue persists or notifies you for additional verification. If our system is unable to verify your address, we will request you update your information as we are in this situation and when you attempt to request the postcard again you should be notified to the alternative path for verification.

Thank you for following up again on the situation.

Just to clarify - i have tried to verify my address two times already and both times i was manually typing my address, not copy-paste from somewhere.

I'll follow up with your suggestion and try it one more time (last time, as i have only 1 try left), but the problem is that my acount would be deactivated right after if verification will fail once again.

So, it does not worked and my account was deactivated. I have no attempts left and no idea what to do.

You is my last chance to finally solve it. I would really appreciate any suggestions or direct help.

I have followed up again with the appropriate teams explaining your situation, and that their recommended guidance was not successful. Due to the limited visibility on the situation I will continue to monitor the situation but you should receive new communication on a new path to verify your account.
