Read onlywhen I try to reactivate my account I always received an automatic reply of identity verification I m tired to explain them again and again that I already completed but they only waste my not reactivate my account.Secondly I was downgraded my account and ask for a refund but they didn't refund my 40$ . And not replying on that scenario I already downgraded then why they hold my money 😭

I understand that this request may frustrate you further as you have completed a video call already, but this process may require multiple verification steps for different reasons. Have you scheduled the time slot as of yet? If so, when are the dates so I can keep track?
If you have not scheduled the appointment yet, I suggest to do so as soon as possible to expedite this process.
