I can't even tell you how frustrated we are with Amazon. We sell Kids Crafts, and amazon has classified our materials (paper) as hazmat and will not allow us to remove the inventory until they are classified. We have provided SDS sheets, exemption sheet and filled out all of the paperwork as request on several occasions! Yet over 1 year later we are continue to get robot like answers, and NO agent EVER helps or follows up to get our issues resolved. We are losing hundreds of dollars in inventory and storage fees for product that Amazon is holding hostage with out a justifiable reason.

Everyone should be aware of this issue with amazon and think twice before putting your products in FBA.
