I have sent in an invoice from a well known toy/collectibles distributor and I keep getting denied saying that the paperwork is not sufficient, yet, it's what I've always sent in for ungating. When I call to speak with someone, I'm always getting told something different. I was even told someone would call me back within 15 mins and never did.

The last agent I spoke with said it was because the brand was not taking applications, and that I should reapply when it said on the ASIN to apply. Wouldn't the apply icon not be there if we weren't able to apply? It was there when I first applied so I think that's a lie and they just don't know how to explain what's truly going on.

I spoke with the distributor who said the invoice has all the information needed to get me approved, but still nothing.

I would just like to get a straight answer as to what's wrong with the invoice and why I keep being denied.

My brand approval has been auto denied multiple times even with a proper invoice with all the required information. How do I get a human to review it?

I've applied for brand, catalog, and GTIN exemption. I've been approved for Catalog and GTIN Exemption, but have been denied for brand approval. Can anyone tell me why? The document fulfils all of the requirements. Case number is: 16650065111

I cannot get past the boilerplate response from Amazon saying that it's been denied, but with no reason given as to WHY it was denied.
