Lost items PBI3
I had an FBA shipment sent to and checked in/ received in full by the warehouse on 9/26. The items were in my reserve for a little bit because they were in the warehouse transfer stage. After about a week or so the items are no longer showing in reserve or in my stock at all and it has been about 2 months and no updates on where the inventory is at. I have submitted a couple of cases for Amazon to look into this and keep getting told that there are no lost events related to these items. Anyone else experiencing stuff like this?

Yes we have a shipment sent to PBI3, and was delivered on Sept 26th as well. All inventories is now showing zero, no fc transfer, no reserved. Have you resolved the issue?

Hello @Seller_A84uIwMIuCqdK, how curious. Have you double checked the inventory ledger report? In the meantime, I can take a look at your shipment. What is the case ID you have opened with Seller Support?
