My shipment was checked on December 12, 2024 and closed on December 13, 2024,but finally nothing was received and went to 0.
I opened many cases to find my missing items but seller support did not help me to find or make a reimbursement for the shipment. Do anyone there can help me solve this issue? Please help me in escalating this matter to facilitate a reimbursement or find the missing items.

Yes, do not use FBA. The issue you are mentioning is becoming more and more common. Just account for about 25 - 30% loss in goods when using FBA going forward and calculate that into your yearly profit/loss. I'm not trying to be funny or sarcastic. It's just the current reality. If you want to make sure products don't get lost go FBM if at all possible. If you can do that you'll also avoid countless other FBA fees as well on top of warehouses losing your shipments. Also, many sellers in these forums that sell unique products they manufacture and no one else sells have also mentioned that Amazon lost their shipments, but somehow later they will find their products for sale on Amazon by Amazon. Take from that what you will, but sounds like some shady practices going on.
Thank you for reaching out about this, @Seller_TphuxRQdhgwkK!
