Unable to replace or manage or add new bank account

Hello! I want to add a new deposit method with my saving Bank account. When I go to "deposit methods" and add the new bank account and click "verify" however i am not receiving any otp for bank link even not redirecting to page where i have to put bank information Thanks in advance! MY CASE ID is 16746020301
