Read onlyI shipped an order that I realized was for 2 items and I only included 1. I would like to reach out to the customer to let them know the 2nd one is coming BEFORE they get the order with only one and post a negative review. What can I do?
If you are unable to message the customer, then perhaps use a faster shipping on the second item, so that it will get there first, and include a note explaining with that shipment.
Not perfect, but all I can come up with.
They may have messages from 3P sellers blocked, so you can try this:
