Restokcing fee for 1 of 2 items returned
How do I deduct a restocking fee for only 1 of 2 items returned? The customer returned 2 pieces stating they bought the wrong item. 1 item is damaged and the other item is fine. I entered the information and photos for the damaged piece, deducted the restocking fee. The system won't let me continue because there is no issue with the 2nd piece. It there a way to accomplish this?

Hello @Seller_po97k2XYIBQab,
Thank you for reaching out. I understand the difficulty with processing a restocking fee for only one item in a multi-item return.
For the undamaged item, try selecting the option that reflects the item was received in original condition, which should allow you to issue a full refund on that piece and proceed with the process. You may also try processing each item separately — issue the full refund for the undamaged item first, then process the damaged item with the restocking fee applied.
If the system continues to block you, I'd recommend reaching out to our Seller Support team with the Order ID and explaining that you need to apply different refund amounts per unit. They can assist with processing it on their end.
Kind regards,
-Josh
