Amazon account deactivated for suspicious activity.

my Amazon account was deactivated for “suspicious activity” and yet they don’t tell you what the activity is or when it happened none the less allow you to contact them once your account goes into deactivation status. Anyone have this issue ? If so how did you resolve it ? I’ve did the emails and keep getting no the email address is undeliverable. Please help !

The notice you received tells you next steps.

As noted by @Seller_OvL8C4BJWiuS9 the notices will usually tell you what to do or at least what sections to look at.

Find the suspension notice and POST THAT but remove all personal information first.

Anyone answering will need to see what wording they used and what they are asking for.

If it is a Section 3 violation for dropshipping anyone responding needs to see the language to determine if it included the 'death sentence' wording.

Were there other issues such as IP violations, RA, OR, you used a Virtual Assistant and they 'helped' you with paperwork and forged documents?

NOTE -- If it was for IP, RA, OA or dropshipping you will NOT get the products or the money in your account back because you have no chain of custody and proof of authenticity.

This can be due to a number of situations but a more common scenario is updated account information and us taking precautions to verify nothing illicit can happen within the account until we can confirm with you that you're making said changes for example.

As both @Seller_OvL8C4BJWiuS9 and @Seller_kIukTwdhvntAp guided on, the deactivation notice will offer guidance on verifying everything is okay, some situations may require two-step verification, others may require a video call. The requirements will be determined by the situation and concern.

If you're still experiencing issues with this, I would suggest posting your notice as mentioned by @Seller_kIukTwdhvntAp, but be sure to remove any personal information or ID's that may have been provided in this communication.

The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.

Emet.
