Subject: Assistance Needed with FBM Listing Reactivation

I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to reach out for assistance regarding an ongoing issue with my FBM listings, which were deactivated back in January. This situation arose due to an error made by an employee who uploaded incorrect databases to Amazon.
Since then, I have been in constant communication with Amazon, providing several invoices, appeals, and standard operating procedures as requested. Unfortunately, despite my efforts, my FBM listings remain deactivated, and I have been receiving the same response from Amazon: "We have received your submission but currently do not have enough information to reactivate your account."
I would like to highlight that my On-Time Delivery Rate is above 90%, and I currently hold 268 points in my Account Health Rating. Given these positive metrics, I am eager to resolve this issue and would greatly appreciate any guidance or support from the community.
