Read onlyI have multiple inbound shipments missing units. These were all sent in by Amazon AWD. I've started the reconciliation process for one of them but have been asked to provide proof of delivery and a packing list.
The only proof of delivery I have is what is stated in Amazon seller central, I don't have a packing last as it was sent in by Amazon AWD. I opened a case with seller support on Dec 18th for advice, but still no response.
Anyone else gone through this?
