My listing was removed in error since I contacted the right owner, Li Chen, and he said that he did not make any complaint against my listing nor hire any agent to do so. It seems that the complainant is an unfair competitor. The product under ASIN B09HC9T2GW is personalized, enabling customers to include their names on the final item, so it does not feature any other's trademark.
I have submitted many appeal letters in the appeal section but received the same response. I requested a call with the Account Health Specialist but no one answered me. This is stuck, please support @Dougal_Amazon
