Hello,
Recently received an false/fradulent IP Trademark Complaint to remove a listing. The issue is after doing some research the complaint is from another 3rd party seller who apparently is selling the same item possibly on Amazon as well as on his website. The competitor doesn't own the trademark or an agent to the company that owns it and also never purchased the ASIN from me on Amazon where they should have been allowed to file this complaint. I'm confused how Amazon allowed this person to file this blatantly fraudulent/false trademark complaint without any verification. This is a very frustrating situation that I'm hoping someone can help look into. Thank you.
