Read onlyHello. Could somebody helpo me with this? My accoun has been deactivated for selling falsificated products. When I send the information Amazon requires, they send me a generic email saying that the information is incomplete. I don't know what else submit to demostrate that the product was bought on official webpage and sent to me or my prep center. Could somebody give me information? Thank you very much

Where are you sourcing it? And this part is VERY important: When you say it was was "bought on official webpage", do you mean that you used an internet portal that is for wholesale accounts only, something you gained access to after providing the company with your business license and tax ID numbers? Or do you mean you went to a public facing website for the brand, and placed an order as an end consumer, including paying sales tax on the items? Or do you mean you went to some fancy looking website not affiliated with the brand?
Lastly, do you have permission FROM THE BRAND to sell their products on Amazon?

Can you advise where you sourced these products, as they mentioned there can be different forms of purchasing from an online website some more official than others. when you purchases from this website, did you confirm in the terms of use that you are authorized to redistribute products purchases? Some, if not most retailers will have stipulations and requirements listed on these sites that may include obtaining written permission for resale or distribution.
When you provided your documents, did they meet our invoice requirements? As an additional side note, referencing @Seller_nRFmxiQg4EGrw again. Do you have any type of authorization from the brand or rights owner to list or distribute these products?
