Recently Amazon removed my 2 listing details page for "This product is found to make prohibited marketing claims to either diagnose, cure, mitigate, treat, prevent - "baldness" or "premature greying of hair" or claims to be a medicine for treatment of "baldness" or "premature greying of hair" or "growth of new hair/ hair re-growth". Topical/ Ingestible products that makes such prohibited marketing claims to cure/ diagnose/ mitigate/treat/prevent any specific disease, disorder or condition are prohibited from listing". However lots of company, lots of brands directly claimed in their listings "grow new hair". Why these listings are live? example ASINs are below. Or Amazon has a special policy, if you are a popular brand then you can violate any policy. Please comment if you have the information I am looking for.
