"UPS has denied the postage refund you requested for order for the following reason: The item is in the mailstream. " This package is not in the mainstream, I have it in my possession. I shipped it and it was returned 3 days after shipping due to an issue with the receivers UPS locker it was to be delivered to. What do I do now?

You refund the customer and charge a restocking fee.

You used the label to ship the package and it was returned to you. why would you even think that this would qualify for UPS to reimburse you for the postage when they sent the package on and then returned it to you as 'undeliverable'.????? this does not pass the logic test.
