Duplicate listings

For the brand we sell, resellers keep making duplicate listings. In the above case we were told the two items were not the same (the resellers make up an UPC for the id).
These are OUR products but there should not be 3 or more listings for the same thing. We would like to report and have them removed but it doesn't work. Is there any way we can get our brand where no one can make new listings for it?
Ideally we would just like the whole thing to be hard gated but failing that I can not spend time and money removing duplicates. Please give us some advice on how we can just remove duplications.
