Need help with missing box of inventory

I have experienced a big uptick in "missing" inventory from my FBA shipments lately, but the worst instance is an entire box of 45 units that Amazon said was missing from my shipment. The box was confirmed delivered by UPS and the units were initially received into inventory and then later removed. While I had an open case for the missing 45 units, Amazon converted the units to "Investigation completed – shipment contents counted and confirmed." They then quickly hit me with a product level defect. My dispute was rejected and my seller support case was closed without acknowledging the missing inventory. Proof of ownership and the UPS tracking number for the box in question showing delivery to Amazon have been ignored. It has been two months now since the shipment was delivered to Amazon. If a mod could please look into case #17244053821 and help me get this resolved I would really appreciate it!

I have 100 units that show a shipment status of "closed" which means it should all be checked into fulfillment centers and available for sale ... except they do not show in my inventory.

I start a chat session for support and they kept telling me to wait 96 hours and then the associate ended my chat session without answering questions.

I'm expecting that my product is lost as many people say is their experience.

Amazon is just too big to care about small business. We really are not making money on FBA anymore. If we were smart, we would cut our losses and get off.

After review, I am happy to note that Seller Support auto-reconciled the unit discrepancies on 2/21/25.

I double checked the shipping queue for the shipment in question and am showing all units shipped were received and accounted for at the destination fulfillment center.
