Random machine check on Product authenticity

by Seller_wyKtibb1yzH9H

Hello,

I am in desperate need of help here please. I signed up to be an amazon seller and 2 weeks into it my account got deactivated. The system did a random check and flagged 3 of my listing asking me to provide invoices.

It has been 2 weeks of me sending Amazon invoices and writing the most heart touching appeals but each time I get the email of insufficient evidence and is asking to upload more documents. But Amazon will not tell me exactly what they need so I provide.

Please I need some guidance is there a specific document Amazon is looking for that I don’t know my account health is clean with 0 violations .

You need invoices, not receipts. If it shows tax or comes from a retail seller than its a receipt. This would mean you are selling "counterfeit goods" otherwise. Depending on the brand its very likely that you also need a letter of authorization that specifies amazon sale of that product.

Yes my dear. You don't need to give a thumb down to @Seller_0rXAME9V4LQSx while his answer, although correct, doesn't please you.

To sell BRANDED products on Amazon you need:

1. A "Letter of Authorization" from the brand allowing you to sell their brand on Amazon.

2. INVOICE (not receipt) from an authorized distributor. An invoice is a document with your name and address, exactly how you registered it in your seller account under "Legal Entity" and "Official Registered Address".

You don't need to write heart touching appeals, the Artificial Intelligence reads it and doesn't care. Only facts and proofs count on Amazon.

To better help you, tell us a couple of things:

What brand/items are you selling?

Where are you getting your inventory?

If it's a big brand, do you have approval FROM THE BRAND to sell their items on Amazon?
