Compare your Customer Service Quality Insights to top-performing sellers
You can now see how top-performing sellers in your store perform on the Customer Service Quality Insights dashboard. We've added this comparison feature to help you identify improvement opportunities and set clear performance goals.
We launched Customer Service Quality Insights in December 2025 to help sellers who self-ship and provide their own customer service to track three key metrics: Buyer Contact Rate, Average Contact Response Time, and Buyer Dissatisfaction Rate.
With this new data, you can see exactly how leading sellers in your store perform on these same metrics. This comparison can help you improve your customer service and potentially receive repeat business.

How long until these "reports" become "requirements" as has happened with just about every Amazon metric over the years?
The time to complain about the ham-fistedness of these numbers is now. Sell a complex product that might require more customer hand-holding? Providing poor customer service by ignoring your customers (i.e. providing Amazon-support-alike responses) could result in better metrics, and save your bacon. Have a problem caused by Amazon's broken automation that results in the customer saying they were dissatisfied, without the option to specify if it's with you or the platform? Kiss your backside, there's the door. Selling a product that people want that might require some back-and-forth (e.g. large items with freight)? Drop the product because it requires the kind of human support that Amazon is horrible at, leaving the platform to be a yard sale of basic goods that require no thinking to buy or sell.
No News_Amazon is good news.

Useless stats. Period. I'd like them to be removed from the feedback page.

amazon has no clue what quality or customer service is, so how are YOU telling US?
Maybe we should send YOU links and send you data on all your mess-ups.

Can we compare Amazon to other stores in service, fees & returns to see how Amazon stacks up???? You do compare us sellers why not be transparent on your service compared to others to makes sure we are all getting the value we deserve!
