Hi everyone, my only a few days old new account got suspended, actually i hired a va, he ordered the inventory and after a few days amazon suspended my account,
please help me to recover it because i worked very hard to form llc in the usa and it suddenly happened to me. i am shocked.

Too bad that your hard work didn't extend to actually running the account. You are responsible for everything that happens on your account; if you hired a VA who failed to follow the rules, that's on you.
Chances are slim for a recovery, but there may be hope, depending on what Amazon has told you. Post your suspension notice here (redact personal info) so that anyone willing to help can see exactly what the issue is. But I can tell you that if it's any sort of inauthenticity complaint, and you lack proper paperwork, the chances of recovering are near zero.

You hired a VA, I honestly don't think there's anything you can do. It is YOUR fault you fell for a scam not anyone else's. Unfortunately, Amazon no longer gives second chances to new accounts. I'm so sorry this happened to you.

Amazon sees it this way.
You hired a VA for your account. He/She made a mistake. Since they were working for you, you are responsible for their actions.
This is almost impossible to come back from.
If Amazon does not reinstate you, then your remaining option is Arbitration as defined in section 18 of the ABSA that you agreed to when you signed up to sell here. Amazon used to pay for the initial cost; I do not know if that is still true. You do not need a lawyer for arbitration, but you do need your information in order and be prepared to answer uncomfortable questions.

Unfortunately, you did not do any work, because if you had, you would have known that hiring a VA would be the kiss of death. You will not be able to recover.
