I don't sell many items on Amazon so I haven't kept up with sales here too well. But I recently checked and discovered I had made about five sales of books since 2021 and hadn't been paid since then.

Looks like funds are held in a reserve account for whatever reason. My bank info and other info are updated. So not sure what the issue is.

I should say that I have sold some items, about three per year, going back to about 2010. So it worked for me before 2021.

I contacted support and only got replies that I couldn't reply back to, which didn't fix the problem. I made another case for what that is worth. Maybe doing this post will help.

eBay has problems, but its payment plan is a breath of fresh air compared to Amazon. And you can still get someone on the phone with eBay.
