Hello, I need some help. I sell on Amazon, and until now, my account late shipment rate has never been above 4%. Due to some system issues, I've been delayed in providing tracking information. Now, my late shipment rate for Last 10 days has gone above 4% to 4.61% but for 30 days it will be at 1.1%. so I’m barely ok with the 30 day range.. But because of the 10-day, I'm seeing a warning on my account that says ' Your account is at risk of deactivation'.

Will my account get suspended for it being over 4% for the last 10 days? Or is the 10 day more of a watch so you can get it under control before it affects your 30 day?

It's been 2 days since I submitted a document as an appeal to my account deactivated due to late shipment rate. Is there a chance that my account will be active again?

We Keep getting hit for late shipment rate becuase the expected ship times in (UTC Time) are during a period when we are closed.

We are shipping on the correct date, just not hitting the 3 am window amazon wants because we are not a 24/7 facility. Have spoken to account heath reps multiple times and explain the issue but it seems like they are unable or unwilling to do anything about it.

Any recommendations form anyone who may have had similar issues with the UTC time? We are on the east coast.
