Read onlyHello,
I am a European new FBA seller (company.registered and located in Europe), selling on Amazon US Marketplace. According to european accounting requirements I need to have invoices for the amount that Amazon US collects for FBA fees , for the subscription fees, advertising, etc. However I am only able to find invoices for advertising. I talked to the support team and they keep repeating that I can download reports where I see the fees - which indeed I can, but my accountant says reports are not considered legal documents, an invoice is considered a legal accounting document. If you are a European seller could you please tell me if you are able to download the invoices for Amazon fees. Or are you reporting as income only the payments that are sent to you by Amazon? Or are you reporting as income the actual sales on Amazon, and then the Amazon fees you are reporting as expenses? Are you able to get invoices from Amazon for their fees?
Hi @Seller_GV4GrtWh0SvBX
Connor from Amazon here, thanks for reaching out.
As support stated you can download a full report in the Payments Reports Repository page. The report can show invoiced or standard orders with details about all charges.
I've double checked on my end and at this time we don't have custom report that includes invoices for all orders.
If any other European seller has information on this, please chime in.
You are also welcome to post this in our EU section of forums by clicking on the "EN" button on the top right. We have a dedicated EU team that can assist on this as well.
I hope this helps, let me know if you have any other questions.
Connor
