Hi,
On the 16 October 2024 get the email from Amazon that payment attempted US $5644.50
After checking the Bank today not received payment, when checking at Payment Summary at
seller central it says payment cancelled, while checking below it says check the performance notification.
While checking there last notification was on 17 September 2024.
For that reason contact the seller support of urgent issue which has case ID 16500883811.
They both ladies tell that they checked all things are correct but why funds transfer has been
cancelled and there is NO CLUE AT ALL.
Even the 7 Hours has been passed but URGENT ISSUE HAS NOT BEEN SEEN BY ANY TEAM (So called internal team).
This is happened 2 time in last 6 months and they have not given any reason as well.

I have checked on the case ID that you have provided and that team has raised this up for review as of one day ago.
