How do I reactivate my account?
To reactivate your account, please submit a plan of action that addresses these issues within 24 hours. A valid plan of action should include:
– Greater detail on the root cause(s) of the policy violation.
– Greater detail on the actions you have taken to resolve Variation Abuse issues.
– Greater detail on the steps you have taken to prevent the policy violation going forward.
– Greater detail on how your account has complied with our policy.
– Greater detail on evidence or examples that demonstrate that your account has complied with our policy.
In return we have sent the following plan of action:
We failed to comply with the Amazon Guidelines regarding the ASIN Creation Policy.
We wrongfully added child variations that were not true variations of the parent product.
We wrongfully changed the parent product’s detail page so it did not match the children.
We have used Size for listing the variation Ruling Variations of our product and Colour to for listing the Colour Variations. Sizing shouldn’t have been used in this case as it did not directly address the variations of Size, rather ruling.
After the first notices, we emailed Amazon Seller support via CASE ID 6306231021 to help us with this issue and informed us that what were doing was correct. Radha S from Seller Support said :” Yes, you can create variation as color and size under office products. You can use size for different ruling and color for different colors.”. This is why after the first notices we have continued to do so.
Due to this, we caused these problems to the catalog. We acknowledge and accept full responsibility for making these serious Terms of Service Policy Violations.
All Amazon and Variation Abuse policies and guidelines were not correctly followed prior to adding these listings and no official procedures have been put into place in our organisation to prevent these issues from happening before starting to sell on Amazon.
a) New Variations have been created namely: B07YCQ8PWH, B07YCJT34R, B07YSHF58F, B07YCRXHF4
b) Child variations under these ASINs are only true variations of the parent product with color truly reflecting color and size truly reflecting size
c) Corrected the product pages so they conform with the Amazon Style guide. All product pages align with the parent product and all child ASINs have the same descriptions and key features.
d) Properly formatted the product name, images, key product features and the product description
e) All child ASINs are now also under our registered brand: xxxx

c) Determine variations for your product
d) Amazon Selling Policies
e) Prohibited seller activities and actions
f) Product detail page rules
The actions we have taken in Section 2 have been put into place to prevent these issues from happening in the future. This Plan of Action has become part of our company policy and procedure manual
Mo Bekdache will now take over full responsibility as the Amazon Specialist. This will ensure all Amazon and Variation Abuse policies and guidelines are adhered to prior to selling new items on Amazon We will continue to monitor our ASIN’s to ensure all the Amazon Policy Guidelines are up to date to ensure the customers will have the best possible experience.
With the improvements we have made, we know we can still be an asset to the Amazon Marketplace, and we are asking for a final chance. OMG you have maybe great luck for Amazon to reinstate with my appeal. I still was not able to be reinstated. Dont have any response from Amazon from more than 20 days. Any suggestions?
