Here's something to try (my feedback after 2024 was gone)
Go to bottom, click next (I did next, next, next) then reverse with Previous until you get back to first page.
For me, the lost feedback then showed.

As noted by others, you can mess around and find the stuff. I went to "12 months" instead of 'lifetime' and the new ones show up.
WHY?
Because Amazon cornered the market in ulcer meds and booze and wants Amazon sellers to consume massive quantities of both... 🤬🤬🤬🤬

If I go from the PDP and click the seller name, I see all the feedback. Means I see what the customer does. Do you use another access?

Yeah, I’ve been seeing a lot of sellers asking about this too. Amazon can remove feedback for different reasons, but the frustrating part is they don’t really tell you why it was removed.
It would be nice if they gave at least a little explanation instead of leaving sellers guessing.

Today I am seeing that the feedback list in the Feedback Manager starts about a month ago. If I click on "Next" and then "Previous" again it goes back to properly starting from the latest.
