I have submitted several cases of reimbursement requests for inventory lost inbound (for different shipments), but Amazon is just ignoring these cases.

Some of the cases have been submitted more than one month ago and it's still pending without even one response.

The shipping company sent to Amazon FBA4 80 shipping boxes containing 800 items.

Amazon received my shipment fully on March 3rd 2024.

A part of my inventory (370 items out of 800) was lost in FBA warehouse. Amazon sent me a warning about a disrepancy (on April 25th, 2024).

So, I used the Reconcile the Shipment and created 2 cases regarding this problem (on April 30 and May 1, case Id=15200915021 and case Id=15206823451), but I still haven't received any answer. I attached all the documents of proof.

I need help to reimburse my lost inventory. Why Amazon support doesn't react and reply to my cases?

My complete shipment was lost in Amazon warehouse and the support team is unable to reimburse or locate the entire shipment , despite providing all the necessary documentation like invoices, shipping labels and proof of delivery. Every time the support comes up that there was an error in shipment creation. Despite been asked what the error actually was, just getting the same copy paste replies. Is there a way to escalate the case to authorities. Opened multiple support cases (Case ID: 17226316601 , Case ID: 16989654691) but invane. Inventory was lost in December 2024, been months waiting and contacting again and again.
