My account recently got deactivated because of one item with the ASIN of B0013TYUIU. I had no customer complaints, my account health is 200. I bought this item at Micro Center and they don't provide invoice, only receipt. When I try to contact Amazon support, they told me they can't reactivate the account because I do not have invoices for it. The receipt shows everything including all the information that Amazon required. Does anyone have the same problem or any suggestions to have my account reactivate because I have a bunch of items in FBA right now with the balance of money there too. And is it possible for me to create a new account? after the other got deactivated?
Does it show your business license and tax numbers? or more likely, does it show sales tax paid?
Your only way to possibly recover is to submit your Letter of Authorization from APC stating that you are an authorized seller of their products.
I guess you never read the forums. There are posts like yours (bought retail, got caught, got suspended) often a dozen or more times per week. Lot's of people have the same problem.
You can reactivate your account by showing the required paperwork; but since you don't have that, there is no path forward.
As for your items in FBA, you might be able to get those back, although since you've demonstrated improper sourcing on one item, be prepared to show proper sourcing on all the other stuff. Even then, it might take a court order to have any legitimate items returned to you.
Nope. Unless you can clear the violations on this account (which is impossible), you can never have another Amazon account, here or anywhere in the world.
