Need Mod Help - FBA Customer Return Fee for a remote fulfillment order
Hello,
I need moderator input as I have opened several cases and cannot get past the cut and paste of irrelevant policies.
The remote fulfilment policy states that "Note: The FBA return processing fees on the US FBA policy don’t apply to Remote Fulfillment. Remote Fulfillment with FBA doesn’t charge FBA return fees in any category."
However I am occasionally charged this fee, and I have not been successful at getting it removed.

In order to review all of the details, and examine the fees more closely, do you have the most recent Seller Support case where you were receiving these cut and past communications?
