Product delisted for months!!! for suspected coin/button batteries when product DOES NOT require coin batteries. Please HELP!!!
hello I need some help. I have two ASINs and they have both been delisted from amazon for suspected to have coin/button batteries in them when in fact they don't have coin/buttons batteries.
My products require AAA and 23A batteries to function the remote which the batteries are both not included.
I have sent photos of the products remote's battery inserts to show what type of batteries are required, and they keep getting rejected by amazon.
what can i do to fix this issue?
ASINs are B0DPSGR8TN and B0DPSGLNWX

Good Afternoon @Seller_oqYSQHRHdN6MO,
I see that ASIN B0DPSGR8TN was confirmed to "not fall under the Product Category Products Containing Button/Coin Battery. Therefore compliance documents are not required for this Product Category."
For ASIN B0DPSGLNWX, I don't see it in the Manage Your Compliance dashboard and there doesn't seem to be any blockers on the backend. Looks like you just need to add inventory of the ASIN to make the listing live again.
Feel free to let me know if you have any questions regarding the information I have shared above. Hope you have a lovely rest of your afternoon and take care!
Sincerely, Cooper_Amazon
