Need Help: Vine Reviews Triggered “Unusual Reviewing Activity” – Organic Reviews Blocked

I’m hoping someone here can help or point me in the right direction.
We’ve been dealing with an unresolved issue through Seller Support for over seven weeks now, with no clear answers or resolution. It relates to a new ASIN.
Shortly after receiving reviews via the official Amazon Vine program, the listing was flagged for “unusual reviewing activity”, and since then, organic customer reviews have been blocked. This is seriously impacting the product’s launch momentum and performance.
To clarify:
• The ASIN had no reviews at launch other than those from Vine.
• We are not disputing the Vine reviews themselves, but their appearance seems to have triggered the restriction.
• There has been no unusual or external review activity from our side.
Despite multiple follow-ups, all we’ve received are generic replies directing us to the Community Guidelines and FAQs — which don’t explain or resolve anything.
We’d really appreciate any help from the community or moderators to get this escalated internally or reviewed by the relevant team. Specifically, we’re seeking:
1. Escalation to the appropriate technical or policy team.
2. A clear explanation of why Vine reviews are being flagged as unusual.
3. Confirmation of when the review restriction will be lifted so genuine customer feedback can resume.

We have the same issue, we started vine program and getting reviews and then all of a sudden “unusual reviewing activity”. Did you get any resolutions ?
