could you pls help me ?The day before yesterday, I received a performance notice from Amazon that my store was closed. I don't know the reason. I contacted Amazon customer service, but they didn't know the reason and said it was confidential and couldn't tell me. So, how can I correct my mistake? Even if I'm sentenced, I should have the opportunity to know the cause of death. If I'm truly in the wrong, please tell me where I went wrong and give me a chance to be a good citizen and mend my ways. Please provide the specific ASIN and cause of death, no ambiguity. This is my case number: 18272829981.

I have elderly parents and young children, and my whole family depends on this store for their livelihood. Now I'm unemployed, the store is closed, and I have $18,000 in deposits. I don't know what to do with my life. I'm a single mother with three children, my store is closed, I can't get any money out, and I'm in debt.

This is the performance notice I received on August 12th.

When selling FBM from the US to UK & EU why do I not have any buy shipping options from Amazon?

Seller_3ZVxCkeiC61NS

Hi - I’m based in Ireland, and I have a North American Seller Account where I sell one Brand Registered product to US customers.

Now that Amazon has set up a dedicated local site and fulfilment centre (Amazon.ie) I want to start selling the same product here in Ireland.

I’ve done a lot of research and still feel very confused about A) how best to do this, and B) FNSKU labelling requirements when I do

If I have understood it correctly, I have 2 options:

1)Set up an Amazon.ie account through my existing US seller central and link/merge the accounts.

- This will automatically generate my listing on the Irish site, but the listing will NOT feature any reviews, which means I start with zero reviews? (Is this true?)

- In this case, I think my product would have the same ASIN number, which would mean my supplier wouldn't need to put a different FNSKU label onto the goods he will send to Amazon Ireland?

2)Create a brand new Seller Central account from Ireland, and do not link/merge the accounts.

- I’ll need to set up the product listing and detail page on Amazon.ie from scratch, using the same GTIN product code.

- I’ll get assigned a new ASIN number, so I’ll definitely need a different label for inventory going to Ireland.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated as I do find it quite confusing.

Thank you

I am reaching out on behalf of our 501c3 charitable organization to ask a couple questions related to our Amazon presence.

One major issue that has been unable to be resolved through Seller Central help is that after our prime trial as is solid fulfill Got it let's add that there was a brief period of time where our listings were not flagging in Seller Central as being problematic but was not showing up on end users side of Amazon where we could search for a title that we were selling located in Manage Inventory Everything breathe without error but then when searched on the end user side and looked into the sellers of the item we were nowhere to be found Can you please explain how to remedy this situation as our sales have been dramatically affected.

Secondly we're curious if there are any special programs, benefits, or supports that Amazon might offer specifically to charitable organizations .We'd love to know if there any features or opportunities we should be taking advantage of.

Lastly we've noticed a significant drop in our monthly sales on Amazon from about 10,000 down to around 2000 and we're looking for ways to improve our position especially in terms of winning the more consistently. if you have any specific advice or best practices for non profits in that regard we greatly appreciate your guidance thanks so much for your help and look forward to any insights you can provide .

Many thanks

Perfect timing for this forum!

I'm in the USA and attempting to expand to Canada (which should be easier than the EU). I have just one item that we manufacturer under our brand name. I want to duplicate our amazon.com listing to amazon.ca, but am having difficulty. I switch my Seller Central account from United States to Canada, but when I attempt to use the Add Product function, the ASIN for my active US listing does not return any hits. Google search says this may be because my Amazon Brand Registry is limited to the US, and I need to register again in Canada. I hope this is not the case given the cost of trademarks.

I do not want to create a second, new listing at amazon.ca because I want the Canada listing to be linked to the USA listing so that reviews are shared. However and if possible, since I'm juggling only one item, I do not want their prices connected as they are when using the Build International Listings tool. I'd like to manage price and promotions manually for both locations.

Can you send me in the right direction? Also, if my terminology is incorrect, please let me know!

Thank you

Thank you

If possible, please tell a little about how to know the optimum bidding for a keyword in a manual keyword targeting campaign?

Many thanks

I'm trying to make my first shipment to the UK from China using an Amazon partnered carrier and this page couldn't possibly be less vague about which information it's requesting- can you clarify?
