We just recieved this notification - "Your account is at risk of deactivation. A critical event has occurred with your account that has caused it to be at risk of deactivation"
We have a perfect health score, and have recieved no errors to our account or performance notifications. I have no idea why this would be going on and would love the help of a team member to help us figure this out.

Yes, this would be the first thing I would ask you to provide to be able to help with specific details.
So, if the Account Health Page looks good and there are no violations, I think you may be telling me the above message showed up on that page as a banner on the top. This is a bit more unusual but does happen. The Account Health Page is usually the first page Sellers look at, so critical notifications for other things might be seen there.
If this is the case, PLEASE review the latest Performance Notifications for the specifics of the notification.
I would love to be able to provide more relevant information. If you still need help with figuring out what is happening, could you provide a case ID or look again for a Performance Notification.
