Brand got hijacked
Products from my brand got hijacked from some seller listing on Amazon Japan. Contacted seller support and they keep asking me to create listing using the hijacker's brand. This doesn't make any sense

Are there any official Amazon person that can help with this issue? Seller support aren't providing much help.

So how do we report that abuse as that ASIN is on Amazon Japan. We are a Amazon US seller. We tried using your abuse report tool to launch a complaint to that ASIN on Amazon Japan, somehow Amazon take action on our US dealer's Amazon US item and not the Amazon Japan item. (They are not posted by same seller, but have the same ASIN)
