Returns going to the wrong address. Confusion changing your business adresses
Overview: Address changes need to be done multiple places and are difficult to find.
1) I changed my business address in my account settings. Returns still going to the old address.
2) Found a another place to change address in "Return Settings" under "manage return addresses". Returns still going to old address.
3) Finally was able to change "removals" address in the "required removals" settings
Damage: This confusion lead to multiple units of product being lost/throw away.
Resolution: There needs to be a central address change page that allows you to view all addresses. Short of this, there needs to be a checklist offered when changing an address detailing all the possible places that the address could be changed.

WE MOVED NOVMEBER 2022, I CHANGED THE ADDRESSES AND THEN CONTINUED TO RETYPE MY NEW ADDRESS AND SAVE THEM UNTIL ABOUT MARCH 2024 THATS WHEN THE CARRIERS JUST STOPPED CALLING MY PHONE TO ASK IF THE CLOSED BUSINESS WAS MINE AND TO LEAVE IT OUT THERE
MY OLD NEIGHBORS HAVE RECEIVED MORE FREE AMAZON PACKAGES THE LAST 18 MONTHS THEN ANYONE COULD IMAGINE
AND IJ CAN NEVER FIND THE REMOVAL ORDER THAT BARES THE OLD ADDRESS AFTER EVER

Currently dealing with this as well. We moved 6 months ago and changed the address on everything in our account. Yet old removals they should have been sent back a year ago are still going to the old address. Completely ridiculous.

I've had the same happen to me. I changed my business address in 2021. I've changed it in multiple places. Some returns come to my new address, and some still go to the old address over 3 years later. I've called multiple times and they assure me that it's correct and all new returns will go to the new address. It still happens. I've given up hope that they'll ever straighten it out.

I was SURE I covered ALL addresses, but no, the 'automated' removals were going to the old address....apparently those are different than the 'manual' removals. (??), and naturally, they are not in one place.
ALL ADDRESSES SHOULD BE IN THE SAME PLACE. EVEN SELLER SUPPORT AGREED.
SO now the buyer of my old house knows my business name and new address thanks to Amazon. That is not supposed to happen.
Amazon spends so much time thinking up new ways to suck time out of our days and money out of our pockets, but they wont spend a moment on issues like this.

The best part is when you change all the places you listed above, and... wait for it, they still go to the wrong address. It will happen, months and months later. This two trillion dollar TECHNOLOGY COMPANY is a giant joke stuffed in a dumpster fire.
