I am facing an issue with a new product listing I created. On May 6th, I updated the product information and uploaded images for the ASIN. However, three days later, the detail page was deleted.

I contacted Seller Support, and their response was that the ASIN was removed due to a violation of the ASIN creation policy. I have reviewed the policy and found that I did not violate any of the rules.

Can anyone tell me why my listing was deleted without a specific reason and which policy it allegedly violated? This situation is very frustrating, and I am hoping Amazon can investigate this issue thoroughly.

Since yesterday morning I have received 16 emails with this message, only one of which actually specified a detail page. They have come in pretty regularly every other hour. The initial one mentioned a detail page and stated it was being reviewed for restricted product determination. The others have only the notice that detail pages have been temporarily removed.

As far as I can tell the one specified detail page is the only one that has been removed.

This looks like another case of AI gone wild. Anybody have similar experiences lately.

I have two ASIN's listing detail pages were removed by Amazon without any email, without any notification, without any perfermance notice, these two ASINs are selling relatively well, the specific reason Amazon seller support can not be found, can only be found in violation of the Amazon ASIN creation policy, but we read the ASIN creation policy, and found that there is no violation of the policy, I hope to have a corresponding U.S. Amazon manager can help me to solve the problem, this problem has been plagued by me for a long time, and I have found that there are a large number of sellers appeared in the same situation as me! I found that a large number of sellers have the same situation as mine, the ASIN detail page was deleted without any reason and without any notice.
