I had an order with 13 items, but I had only 12 in stock. Therefore, I shipped 12 and refunded one as advised by customer service. I contact the customer about it as well. The issue is that the order is still showing in the unshipped orders. Is this going to go away or affect me in any way? Customer support doesn’t seem to know the answer.
How did you have 13 listed and only 12 "in stock"? are you drop shipping? How did you refund one? Did you adjust the quantity when you went into confirm shipment?
