Fake product reviews

I have a product that gets a lot of fake reviews ( it is clear that they are fake and I can prove it pretty easily )

I have been trying to reach out to amazon and even tried to report those reviews from several different accounts ( other employees and friends ) but for some reason Amazon isn't taking any action against these fake reviewers and are not taking down the fake reviews which started to harm our sales and kill our product.

Is there anyone that can help or have any knowledge on hoe to fight it?

Hello @Seller_PcxkKtzwAsh9q,

Thanks for posting this inquiry in the Forums.

I would recommend reviewing the So you want to remove a customer review? page for details on the requirements to remove negative reviews and next steps.

As a general rule, Amazon doesn’t remove customer reviews, unless they violate Community Guidelines. If you see a review that does violate our Community Guidelines, you should report it. Here’s how:

  1. From the product detail page, find the review in question.
  2. Click the “Report” link and follow the steps to report the review.
  3. You can also email community-help@amazon.com and report the review there. Please note you’re not likely to get a reply from this alias, even if they take action.

If you have reported those reviews via the methods above and still running into difficulties, please share your most recent case ID related to the reporting, as well as highlight the specific reviews you'd like to have investigated, and I will research the matter further.

Regards,

- Manny
