Read onlyGood grief when clicking on Feedback Manager there is now misplaced "Customer Service Insights" taking up half the screen - hiding the feedback I need to now scroll down to see. It's a bunch of new metrics I would rather just hide unless I have a purpose for reviewing it.
When this started at least there was an option to see more data if one was interested - but now it's just a huge monster blaring in our faces.
I know Amazon has had a lot of layoffs and more are coming in a couple months, and there's a lot of make work being generated ... so do this
Put the Customer Service Insights as its own page and menu option that sellers can access when they are interested in this information. Get it off the Feedback Manager page.
